- AboutRoboleague
Roboleague is a robot-based football game where players use custom-built bots to score goals.
The bots are designed in such a way that players can control the ball and score using them. Players compete one-on-one, and the participant who scores the most within the given time frame wins.
Rules & Constraints:
Bots must follow specific constraints, and any bot failing to comply will be disqualified.

Match Format:
- Matches will be held in a 1v1 format on a specially designed field.
- Fixtures are arranged based on the weights of the bots so that similar categories compete.
- Each team may have up to 8 members.
- Balls such as table tennis, soft tennis, sponge, or plastic balls may be used.
- Bots are not allowed to enter the goalpost.
- In the case of an odd number of teams, the last team will play against a previously played team, but points will count only for the new team.
Match Duration:
- Rounds 1–3: 10 minutes (or ends earlier if a team scores 4 goals).
- Final Round: 15 minutes.
- Draws are considered only in the final.
Rules & Restrictions:
- Batteries cannot be replaced during play.
- Any technical failure results in 0 points.
- The winner is decided by the maximum points scored in the final round.

1. The dimensions of the bot must not exceed 30 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm.
2. A maximum of 12V on-board battery may be used.
3. Maximum weight: 5 kg (including the battery), with a tolerance of ±5% (±250 g).
4. Robots must not include any grabbing mechanism.
5. Robots should be equipped with a small ledge-like structure on the front to move the ball.
6. The ledge shall not exceed 2 cm in depth and 10 cm in length.
7. The ledge must not be actuated; it is only intended to push the ball through the robot’s movement. - FAQ
