From pop-culture inspired posters to narrative-driven comics, and from strategic branding to live reflections, each stage challenges participants to demonstrate originality, adaptability, and professional communication. - Structure
Visual Vista is structured into four progressive rounds that test creativity, storytelling ability, branding strategy, and presentation skills.
Round 1 – Pop-Culture Poster Design- Participants design a digital poster based on a chosen pop-culture theme such as superheroes, music icons, fantasy realms, gaming, or sci-fi.
- This round tests creativity, adaptability, and visual execution.
- Participants select a story from curated genres like social commentary, thriller, fantasy, or science fiction.
- Create either a poster or a short comic strip.
- This round emphasizes narrative interpretation, visual storytelling, and originality.
- Finalists receive a common prompt (object/scene) and must develop a campaign package.
- Deliverables include:
- A 3:4 poster
- A 1120×640 px digital banner
- A brand identity (name, logo, tagline)
- A short written rationale
- Five AI-generated posters
- This round focuses on branding, strategic thinking, and design communication.
- Finalists present their complete campaign to the judges and audience.
- Each participant explains their brand concept, design choices, creative process, and how their work differs from AI-generated outputs.

23rd August 2025 – Round 2: Storytelling through Design where participants translate a chosen story into a poster or comic strip, highlighting narrative interpretation and creativity.
24th August 2025 – Round 3: Branding & Campaign Design where finalists develop a campaign package including a poster, banner, brand identity, written rationale, and AI-generated posters.
24th August 2025 – Round 4: Artist Reflection Presentation where finalists present their campaigns to judges and the audience, explaining their design process, brand concept, and creative vision. - Rules1. All submitted designs must be original; plagiarism, pre-made templates, or unauthorized use of copyrighted material will lead to disqualification.
2. Participants must adhere to the specified time limits and submission deadlines for each round; late entries will not be accepted.
3. Round 3 requires all deliverables (poster, banner, brand identity, rationale, and AI-generated posters) to be submitted in the specified formats.
4. Submissions must strictly follow the given dimensions and requirements (e.g., 3:4 ratio for posters, 1120×640 px for banners).
5. The organizing team reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, violation of guidelines, or unethical practices.
6. All decisions made by the judging panel will be final and binding, with no appeals permitted.
7. Incomplete, improperly formatted, or non-compliant submissions may be rejected without prior notice.
